One is executed procedure of precipitation hardening of the varnish in thermoclimatic CHALLENGE 1200 cell, according to BS3900-F2 at temperature and controlled humidity. The radiator is tested at an average internal chamber temperature of 45°C and humidity between 60% and 100% with 1-hour cycles, for a total duration of 100 hours. At the end of this test, the coating is checked for blisters, stains and other visible defects.
