ACCREDIA accredited tests:
- Par 5.4 - Pressure tightness
- Par 5.6 - Pressure resistance (0 - 50 bar) (CPR Decision No. 99/471/EC)
The tests verify conformity according to the test methods described in EN442-1:2014 and EN442-2:2014.
For steel and aluminium radiators, the test sample is filled with water and subjected to the following pressures
- tightness test equal to 1.3 times the declared operating pressure (MOP).
- resistance test equal to 1.69 times the declared operating pressure (MOP).
The maximum water pressure applicable by our equipment is 5 MPa.
Other tests:
The deformation test (not accredited) is also carried out in accordance with Referentiel NF-047 Part 9A-4.2 for plate and flat steel tube radiators only: once the tightness pressure has been applied, thickness measurements are taken to evaluate the deformation.
